Warranty Terms
We provide 2 years conditional warranty for monitors (1 year for LCD panel).
The following damages/issues are not covered under warranty:
(1) Any damage or breakdown caused by use, maintenance, or storage not according to the User Manual’s instructions, or disassemble, repair without authorization of SWIT.
(2) The number of bright or dark spots of the LCD panel shall conform to the standard regulated by SWIT. (Check User Manual for details)
(3) Any damage caused by powering the monitor with third-party power adaptors.
(4) Any damage of LCD panel caused by external forces.
(5) Any damage caused by irresistible factors (such as earthquake, fire, lightning etc.) or human factors.
(6) Any damage or breakdown not caused by the product’s design, workmanship, or manufacturing quality, etc.
The terms HDMI,HDMI High-Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI Trade dress and the HDMI Logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing Administrator,Inc.
We provide 1 year conditional warranty for Wireless video and converters.
The following damages/issues are not covered under warranty:
(1) Any damage or breakdown caused by use, maintenance, or storage not according to the User Manual’s instructions, or disassemble, repair without authorization of SWIT.
(2) The attenuation of signal quality resulting from being used in any special environments.
(3) Any damage caused by powering the product with third-party power adaptors.
(4) Any damage caused by irresistible factors (such as earthquake, fire, lightning etc.) or human factors.
(5) Any damage or breakdown not caused by the product’s design, workmanship, or manufacturing quality, etc.

We provide 2 years conditional warranty for V-mount/Gold Mount/B-mount batteries,
and 1 year conditional warranty for DV and NP-1 batteries.
The following damages/issues are not covered under warranty:
(1) Any damage or breakdown caused by use, maintenance, or storage not according to the User Manual’s instructions, or disassemble, repair without authorization of SWIT.
(2) Battery performance declines, cannot be charged, or cannot be fully charged that caused by using third-party chargers.
(3) Battery capacity naturally decreased after a certain cycle times of charging and discharging.
(4) The capacity loss caused by over 6-month’s storage, and not charging the battery to re-active it during the period.
(5) Any damage caused by irresistible factors (such as earthquake, fire, lightning etc.) or human factors.
(6) Any damage or breakdown not caused by the product’s design, workmanship, or manufacturing quality, etc.
We provide 2 years conditional warranty for battery chargers and power adaptors
The following damages/issues are not covered under warranty:
(1) Any damage or breakdown caused by use, maintenance, or storage not according to the User Manual’s instructions, or disassemble, repair without authorization of SWIT.
(2) Damage caused by input voltage beyond the limited range of AC 100V-240V.
(3) Any damage caused by irresistible factors (such as earthquake, fire, lightning etc.) or human factors.
(4) Any damage or breakdown not caused by the product’s design, workmanship, or manufacturing quality, etc.
We provide 1 year conditional warrant for light products.
The following damages/issues are not covered under warranty:
(1) Any damage or breakdown caused by use, maintenance, or storage not according to the User Manual's instructions, or disassemble, repair without authorization of SWIT.
(2) Any damage caused by powering the product with third-party power adaptors.
(3) Any damage caused by irresistible factors (such as earthquake, fire, lightning etc.) or human factors.
(4) Any damage or breakdown not caused by the product’s design, workmanship, or manufacturing quality, etc.
Lifetime warranty for tripod products;Repair, adjustment or free replacement of parts of purchased products with quality problems.
Please note that the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
(1) Failure to use, maintain or keep the product according to the following requirements.
a: Do not operate at temperatures below minus 40℃ and above 70℃.
b: Please do not use in wet, silt, dust and rainwater environment.If you need to use it in harsh environment, please pull the pin open to the state of full elongation after use,
wipe clean with dry cloth or until the inside and outside of the pin is dry, then fold it up.Use in seawater is not recommended.
c: Do not add unsuitable lubricating products without permission. The products do not need lubricating oil. If necessary, please use standard lubricating oil and grease.
d: Do not use this product in contact with high pressure equipment and strong chemicals.
(2) The surface wear of the product, sand entry of the pin and damage of the pin bag have no impact on the use of the product and do not belong to the warranty Range.
(3) Product damage caused by unauthorized refitting and overload.
(4) Damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, lightning strike, etc.) or human actions.
(5) Other failure or damage not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other problems of the product.
